Strategy to consider:

    1. This contest is a wonderful opportunity to try different genres of music in your repertoire throughout the preliminaries.
    2. Your best chance to win your category in the finals is to qualify in your strongest genre. For example, if you are a Standards/Showtune singer, you may not want to end up qualifying for the finals in Country.
    3. Two out of the six finalists in each of the categories will win cash and/or prizes. I really like your odds!
    4. Have a second song (any genre) ready for the finals. All category winners will compete to become the overall champion of SongBurst 2018.

GOOD LUCK!
